Witness Closing: Notary is used to close the loan, unless an attorney is requested or required by State Law; they verify all documents are signed correctly and that applicable closing instructions are followed.

Settlement Statement/Closing Disclosure Preparation: Prepare Settlement Statement/Closing Disclosure in accordance with your instructions.

Disbursement Services: Disburse your loan in accordance with your disbursement instructions and provide a log (when requested) for your records.

ICL (Insured Closing Protection Letters): Issued on any deal we close where title insurance will be issued by our office.
