We want to earn your business and are willing to negotiate fees, although we never sacrifice quality for price or volume. We will provide a competitive product and pricing analysis between your current service provider and what we can offer; we only ask for the opportunity to earn your business.
How to Order: Orders can be placed by phone, fax, e-mail or online via the web. Web based ordering is our preferred method of ordering and provides you with a complete suite of tools for tracking the status of your order in real time. Once the order is complete, it is posted to your online account for immediate viewing (or faxed if you prefer). Complete e-mail notification is built into our web based ordering system, providing custom notifications each time the status of the order changes. Files on your online account are never archived so they are always available when you need them and web profiles provide a unique and individual user experience for every client.
Report Delivery: In keeping with our paperless office, all completed orders are sent via fax, e-mail and/or posted to your account on the web. We do not mail any of our reports unless specifically requested by you. Our commitment to "Be Green" is making a difference as we do our part to help preserve the environment. We understand that some clients do not have the ability to receive reports electronically, so if for any reason you should need reports mailed, please let us know and we are more than willing to do so.

Title Insurance Agent: Data Search is a licensed multi-state title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. We are licensed in 36 states and can issue direct through our underwriters in the other 16 states, providing complete national title insurance coverage.
