General Partner Information
Payment: We ask a lot, because our clients expect the best, and in return we pay our contractors when the work is complete. Unlike other companies, work completed by the end of the month is paid, automatically. No sixty or ninety day payment cycles, the contractor did the work and they will be paid in a timely fashion. Due to the automatic billing process, contractors only need to bill us for any approved copies or miscellaneous charges.
How the Portal changes this? You will be able to check the status of your billing, see a list of all the orders placed with you, and manually add charges to be included in your end of month billing. In addition, if setup for ACH payment, your billing amount will be automatically transferred to your bank account, eliminating time, postage, the check and going to the bank.
Clear Expectations: Before we assign any work to any contractor, we make it clear what is expected "up front". It is their choice to take the order and we never assign any work without a commitment from them that they know and understand what is expected. We expect our contractors to hold us accountable for our commitments and we will hold them accountable for theirs. This creates the professional bond necessary for a successful long-term business partnership.
