Developing "through the eyes of the end user" as always been the basis for our client based applications.
Our “Client Access System” was the first "on-line" application available for clients to place order and retrieve their statuses. We were the first company in the Title and Vendor Management industry to have a web presence. “Empower” our web based application was originally developed in 1995, and although has gone through many changes, the original architecture is still the basis for the application. We continue to receive accolades from clients that Empower is simply the “best and easiest” site to use of ANY vendor. Continuing with tradition, we were the first and remain the ONLY Company offering "Secure Instant Messaging" to our clients and contractors. An IBM business partner, we have been using "Sametime", a business collaboration platform for bringing together all of our partners, in a secure and auditable environment.
All of our applications are developed and supported internally, allowing us to provide immediate support, evaluation and deployment of all of our offerings. Our support team has been called the "best there is" by our clients, and their emphasis remains the same as all of our employees, provide quality service the client.
