Complete Document Preparation using our eDoc Document server. We use the title information from our system to prepare the documents ensuring consistency and accuracy. We can prepare any type of document, Releases, Notice to Close Equity Line, Modification Agreements, Mortgages, Deeds of Trust, Affidavits, you name it. We define the document in our server then automatically generate it when you need them. Documents can even be automatically included with your title report and commitment.

Our Tax Certificate Service provides accurate tax information on an easy ot read tax certificaite, as provided by the appropriate jurisdiction. We can also offer "life of loan" tax certificates providing you with updated tax information each year on the anniversary of your existing loan keeping you aware of the current tax status.

Modification Services are available to provide a lender with assurance that once they file their modification, their position is secure and the apprpriate documentation is provded for their file. These services can be tailored to assist you depending on the type of modification and the state where the property is located. We can also provide the prepared modification using our eDoc Document Server using your own modification documents or general modification documents prepared by us.
