Data Search is a Licensed Title Insurance Agent providing a complete line of Title Insurance Products in all current service areas as defined on our location map. We also have partner relationships with Title Providers in states outside of our current state list.

We underwrite through TICOR Title Insurance Company, Old Republic Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Insurance Company.

We offer e-Swift, a mortgage impairment product in limited markets throughout the Continental United States.

Title Insurance Policies can be issued within 48 hours of the recording of your documents. We generate all policies electronically using our eDocs Document Server, both the jackets and inserts. These policies can be posted to your Empower or vmcSelect account or can be emailed for fast delivery.

Our policy tracking software, TPCOS, provides accurate follow-up of your title insurance polices ensuring you know what is needed to have the final policy issued.
