Our Appraisal Product offerings include Full Residential Reports (Single Family and Multi-Unit), FHA Approved Appraisals, Drive-By Reports, REO Reports, Automated Valuation Models (AVM's) and complete Review Services.

We review each report internally to en sure it complies with the State licensing guidelines and that the data being reported is accurate and makes sense. We use ONLY qualified State licensed appraisers with proven track records supported by references. Our appraiser network is one of the largest in the industry and is constantly growing. These relationships ensure consistant quality based on current market values. Each new appraiser is evaluated against our quality standards, their references checked and in some cases reviews are done on their previous work. These procedures ensure you are receiving the best, most accurate reports available.

Our commitment is to contact the customer within 24 hours of the order, set the appraisal at the earliest convenience of the customer and provide the completed report to you 48 hours therafter. Over 95% of our reports are delivered electronically, placing the completed report in your hands within that same 48 hour time period.

We also offer "Pre-Set" appointment times for our web ordering clients. You tell us when your customer is available for an appointment and we do the rest. We find an appraiser that will meet the requirement, eliminating "phone tag" between the customer and appraiser. We confirm with your customer and send a confirmation to you.

Each report is followed up from beginning to end on a daily basis to meet our commitment to you. Before an appraisal is assigned, the appraiser MUST commit to our service levels eliminating "misunderstandings". Our staff gets involved when necessary and helps with contacing your customer. We provide full support from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday thru Friday for your convenience.

Each appraisal is protected against negligence on the part of the appraiser, through our E&O policy.
