Pricing: Our closing products are competitively priced and we can also offer special pricing schedules to meet the needs of a specific client.
We disclose all of our fees up front and provide them in a quote, prior to the closing taking place. We have no hidden or "phantom" charges that mysteriously appear on the HUD prior to settlement.

Witness Only Closing: Notary is used to close the loan, unless an attorney is requested or required by State Law; they verify all documents are signed correctly and that applicable closing instructions are followed.
Witness, HUD Preparation or Disburse: Prepare HUD in accordance with your instructions, submit for your review, finalize prior to closing; or disburse your loan in accordance with your disbursement instructions and provide a disbursement log (when requested) for your records. Notary is used to close the loan, unless an attorney is requested or required by State Law; they verify all documents are signed correctly and that applicable closing instructions are followed.
